Once orders are placed, we have a two to four week estimated delivery to us from supplier then to you. We strive to keep it closer to two weeks, but things do happen.
While we understand the frustration of late delivery, you can always email us any of your concerns via our contact us box above.
We are always up to new ideas. Please always email us any ideas you may have as far as products go.
We have a 24 hour response time for emails. No matter the day/time.
Please understand this is our livelihood and we aren't perfect by any means.
Last but not least, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and correct before placing an order. This is so important! If for some reason you need to change an address, please email us with your order number, current address, and new address. Once order is fulfilled, addresses won't be able to changed.

Return and Refund Policy

We understand and know things happen and sometimes products aren't what you expected or maybe you ordered the wrong size.. below is what you can expect.

Once product is received, you have 24 hours to contact us about defect.
If you ordered the wrong size, you can return product for store credit.
When requesting a refund, please include photos of the defect in the email.
Once a refund is approved, you have 24 hours to ship the product back to us at your expense. Once we receive the product, a refund will be issued.
